James Dalton

James Dalton is currently serving as the Chief Services Officer at the Motor Insurers'​ Bureau (MIB). Prior to this role, James held various positions at the Association of British Insurers, including Director of General Insurance Policy, Assistant Director, Head of Motor and Liability Insurance, and Senior European Adviser. Before their time at the Association of British Insurers, James worked as a Lawyer at the Treasury Solicitors Department, a Senior Policy Adviser at the Ministry of Economic Development, a Private Secretary at the Office of the Minister of Commerce, and a Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Economic Development.
