Dr. Nedim Dedic serves as the Head of Enterprise Architecture at Miba Group, where responsibilities include global Enterprise Architecture oversight, coaching architects, and managing the EA community's budget and governance. Significant achievements include establishing an award-winning EA Community and facilitating over 45 large-scale EA fusion processes. Additionally, Dr. Dedic holds a role in the IT/Digitalization Leadership Team, focusing on Digital Technology Strategy and ensuring alignment of the Manufacturing Execution Systems Roadmap, leading to substantial cost savings. Previously, Dr. Dedic was the Chief Enterprise Architect at Salzburg AG, where enterprise architecture was defined and established, and held roles at Raiffeisenverband Salzburg and SPAR AG focusing on IT data strategy and Business Intelligence solutions.
