Angelo Caruso

Angelo Caruso currently serves as Lean Manager at Mibelle Group since October 2021 and has been a Dozent at Berner Fachhochschule BFH since 2015, specializing in Lean Six Sigma. Prior to these roles, Angelo worked as Leiter Lean Management and KVP-Experte at Basler Verkehrs-Betriebe BVB from April 2016 to September 2021, and held multiple coaching positions at SBB between March 2012 and March 2016, focusing on Kaizen methodologies within the vehicle industry. Angelo's earlier career includes roles in sales and operations across various companies including Limmatdruck AG and REGIA HighPack AG, starting from 1994. Academic credentials include a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from P.E.E. Corporation and multiple coaching diplomas from Coach Trainer Akademie Schweiz, among others. Angelo's extensive experience in lean management and coaching is further enhanced by international training in Kaizen from Shingijutsu Co. Ltd. in Japan.
