Diego Bryner has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Diego began their career at Mövenpick, where they completed a three-year apprenticeship as a cook from 1987 to 1990. After that, they worked in various positions as a cook in different locations until 1993. In 1997, they joined MIDOR AG, where they served as a Project Manager for Innovations for nearly six years. In 2003, they became the Operations Manager at Heidi Chocolat, a position they held until 2006 when they moved on to become the Operations Manager at Läckerli Huus AG. After four years at Läckerli Huus, they joined Mibelle Group in 2010, where they began as the Head of Business Unit Nutrition and was eventually promoted to the Managing Director.
Diego Bryner's education history includes several degrees and qualifications obtained over the years. In 1993, they completed their Berufsmatura at the Technisch-Landwirtschaftliche Berufsmittelschule Strickhof. Following this, from 1994 to 1997, they attended ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a degree in Lebensmittelingenieur FH, with a specialization in Lebensmitteltechnologie. In 2002 and 2003, they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur FH NDS, with a focus on Logistikmanagement, at the Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern. In 2009 and 2011, they pursued an Executive MBA at the University of St.Gallen. More recently, in 2018 and 2019, they enrolled in the CAS Digitale Transformation program at the Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern.
