Oliver Weiss

Oliver Weiss is a seasoned Packaging Development Engineer with extensive experience in packaging design and development across various sectors. Currently at Mibelle Group since January 2020, Weiss serves as the Head of Packaging Development, focusing on private label and sustainable packaging solutions. Previous experience includes a role at DEFLACO AG / FLACOPAC GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities spanned product development and quality management for personal care and perfume packaging. Weiss also has a strong background from earlier positions at Mibelle Group and Wala Heilmittel GmbH, contributing to market-optimized packaging solutions, project coordination, and the procurement of packaging materials. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Packaging Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Verpackungstechnik.
