Stefan Madoerin

Stefan Madoerin has a strong background in technical and maintenance roles. Stefan currently holds the position of Director Technics & Maintenance at Bachem since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mibelle Group in various leadership roles, including Leiter Technik/Head of Group Engineering and Leiter Technik, from February 2021 onward. From August 2008 to March 2013, they served as Leiter EMSRT at Mibelle Group. Stefan also gained experience as Leiter EMSRT at Rivella AG from April 2007 to July 2008. Stefan started their career as a Projektingenieur at Glatt Group in March 1998 and later became a Teamleiter Retrofit Anlagen from October 2003 to March 2007.

Stefan Madoerin completed their education at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. From 1993 to 1998, they pursued a degree in Industrieelektronik und elektrische Energietechnik, receiving a Dipl. Elektroingenieur HTL(FH). In 2012, they returned to FHNW to complete a further degree in Betriebswirtschaft. This degree, known as CAS BWL, was completed in 2013.
