David Bickell Ccim

David Bickell CCIM has a diverse and extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry.

David currently works as the Senior Vice President of Investment Services at Bradley Company, where they lead a team of professionals serving the Midwest region. David'srole involves providing innovative solutions for all commercial real estate needs and actively investing in the growth of local communities.

Prior to joining Bradley Company, David worked as a Coach at The Massimo Group, a renowned commercial real estate coaching and consulting organization. David'sfocus was on increasing the productivity and success of commercial real estate professionals and their teams.

David has also held leadership positions at MIBOR, where they served as the Past President of the association representing central Indiana REALTORS® and affiliate members. Additionally, they were the Past President of the REALTOR Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising funds and providing safe housing solutions for the homeless in central Indiana.

David has further contributed to the commercial real estate industry through their roles as a Senior Vice President of Investment Services & Director of Training/Coaching at RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate and as the Managing Director at SVN | Parke Group. In these positions, they focused on brokerage services, asset management, business development, and training.

David's earlier experiences include being the Managing Director Indianapolis at SVN | The Martin Group and working as a Broker/Owner at RE/MAX Real Estate Groups.

Throughout their career, David has also been an active member of the CCIM Institute.

David Bickell CCIM holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Wabash College. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications. These include being a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business from the NASDVOB - National Association of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business in 2021, being a Certified CRE Coach from The Massimo Group in December 2018, and being a Licensed Continuing Ed Instructor from the State of Indiana in July 2018.
