Will Tubb

Will Tubb has extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors, particularly in construction and technology. Currently serving as Area Manager for MICA Corporation-Highway Construction in Central Texas since 2020, Will previously held the position of Operations Manager at Zachry Construction Corporation from 2016 to 2020. A background in business expansion consulting includes work with Revolve Solar and several Austin-based technology startups. Notably, Will's tenure at MICA Corporation from 2006 to 2012 as VP of Operations and General Manager involved a successful operational turnaround, achieving four consecutive years of double-digit profits. Earlier roles include launching the venture practice at Tallman Insights, working with seed-stage investment at STARTech Early Ventures, and managing high-profile infrastructure projects at MICA Corporation in the late 1990s. Will holds an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS/BA in Economics & Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
