Tarik Weatherspoon

Tarik Weatherspoon is the current Manager of Shadow Underwriting at MiCamp Solutions. Prior to this, they held positions as Area Sales Manager at SplatBall, Social Media Director at Big Fly Athletics, and Executive Assistant and Public Relations at Sigma Chi Fraternity.

Tarik has always been driven to succeed. As Area Sales Manager at SplatBall, they provided innovative ways to increase profitability in designated areas based on consumer analysis. Tarik also evaluated inventory and delivery needs, optimizing strategies to meet customer demands. Tarik's hard work and dedication caught the attention of upper management who entrusted him with spearheading the establishment of multiple new locations, including in Hawaii.

As Social Media Director at Big Fly Athletics, Tarik researched social media trends and used analytics to design a persuasive marketing plan. Tarik also composed and presented diverse marketing schemes to company owners with the goal of overall promotion of the company through interaction within the community and use of various social media platforms.

In their role as Executive Assistant at SMP (Sports Management Partners), Tarik was responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing events. Tarik excelled in this role and was later promoted to Public Relations where they continued to excel.

Throughout their various roles, Tarik has demonstrated their ability to think outside the box, take initiative, and get results. Tarik is a true asset to any team and is sure to continue achieving great things in their career.

Tarik Weatherspoon received their Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona where they studied Economics with a Sports Management minor.
