Edoardo Castana is the Senior Manager (GM) of Food and Beverage at Miccosukee Casino & Resort. Edoardo is also the Founder & CEO of FloridaDream LLC, which specializes in wholesale mattresses and box springs. Previously, Edoardo has held various managerial positions in the hospitality industry, including General Manager at Fratelli la Bufala and Assistant General Manager at Soho House & Co. Their experience also includes roles as Director of Pool & Beach Operations at The Palms Hotel & Spa and F&B Manager at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort.
