James Waters

James Waters is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information security and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as VP, Chief Information Security Officer, and Enterprise Architect at Michael Baker International since December 2020, James previously held prominent roles at Black & Veatch, including Associate Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer. With additional leadership experience as Chief Enterprise Architect and Executive Management Consultant at Zarquon LLC, James has demonstrated expertise in aligning technology with business strategies and ensuring compliance with cyber security regulations. James's career also includes significant positions at HNTB, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Federal Reserve, showcasing a strong background in IT architecture and program management. Educationally, James holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Michigan Technological University.
