Michael Starr

Michael Starr currently serves as Associate Vice President at Michael Baker International since January 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Vice President of Architecture at urban-gro, Inc. from August 2021 to January 2024. Michael has extensive experience in the architecture industry, including significant roles such as Senior Principal and Partner at 2WR from January 2010 to January 2024, and at MJ12 Design Studio, where leadership was demonstrated in designing innovative facilities for the cannabis sector. Earlier experience includes Principal at Andras Allen Starr Architecture and Project Architect at 2WR | Andras. Michael began the architectural career as an Intern Architect at Elliott Marshall Innes between 1994 and 2001. Michael holds a Master of Architecture degree from Tulane University, earned from 1989 to 1994.
