Sultana Quader Tania

Sultana Quader Tania, E.I.T, currently serves as a Civil Associate I focused on Rail & Transit at Michael Baker International since April 2020. Previously, Sultana worked as a Project Engineer at Stiver Engineering, Inc. for a brief period in early 2020, and as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Georgia Southern University from January 2018 to December 2019, where involvement included GDOT-funded projects, such as developing an Augmented Reality app for data collection on roadside vegetation. Earlier experience includes internships at Stiver Engineering, Inc. in 2018 and 2019, where Sultana conducted engineering design calculations, structural design analysis, and designed precast concrete sections. Sultana also lectured at Dhaka International University from July 2016 to November 2017, teaching various civil engineering courses while supervising student research projects. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (2011-2016).
