Dana Kessler

Dana Kessler is an experienced consultant currently working with Michael Brooks Consulting, LLC since May 2019. Previously, Dana served as a Senior Labor Relations Consultant at Arconic from June 2012 to October 2018, providing expertise in employee and labor relations. Prior to that, Dana held the role of HR Manager at Alcoa from April 2009 to June 2012, managing human resources for a large industrial site and overseeing various talent management functions. Dana's career at Alcoa began in April 1988 and included roles such as HR Transformation Leader and HR Manager, as well as responsibilities in public relations and communications. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business/Corporate Communications from North Carolina State University.
