Michele Pitsch-Brynteson

Michele Pitsch-Brynteson, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional in talent management and human resources with significant leadership experience. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Michael Foods, Michele has previously held senior roles at 3M, including Senior Manager of Learning & Development and Strategic Talent Acquisition Business Lead. Michele's expertise extends to areas such as competency management and recruitment, demonstrated through positions at Wells Fargo and as Area Vice President at Ajilon. Additionally, Michele contributes to the Twin Cities Human Resources Association as a Board Member and VP of Professional Development. Michele holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and a Master's degree in Organizational Management with a focus on HR from Concordia University-St. Paul.
