As Director of Michael Saunders & Company’s call center, Ronnie Nelson is in charge of setting up appointments, planning showings of houses, and managing all of the calls that come into the company. Ronnie’s people and communication skills from 10 years of running a successful restaurant in Colorado allow her to make every caller’s experience unique and enjoyable. Having also directed the installation division of a large manufacturing company on Long Island, Ronnie has the business and managing experience needed to ensure that every call is handled promptly and efficiently.

Ronnie’s two children, one of whom has succeeded her in the restaurant industry, and she moved to the Sarasota area more than 10 years ago. Soon after arriving, Ronnie began working in the call center at Michael Saunders & Company. After almost a decade, Ronnie is still speaking to the public, making sure that every question is answered, every appointment scheduled, and every caller heard.
