Mary Kemp

Mary Kemp, M.S., CDFM, is an experienced financial professional with over 30 years of expertise in federal finance and accounting, specializing in intergovernmental transactions and G-Invoicing. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Financial Improvement for OUSD-C and G-Invoicing for Michael Shannon Consulting LLC, Mary has also been a business owner at Return To Ovid LLC since November 2022. Previous roles include G-Invoicing SME supporting the US Army and DLA, as well as senior financial analyst positions within the Department of Defense and DFAS. Mary holds a Master of Science degree in Government Information Leadership from National Defense University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
