Meredith Young

Meredith Young has over 20 years of work experience. Meredith started their career in 1992 as a Family Counselor at Marworth. Meredith then worked as a Research Assistant at Psychiatric Institute from 1993 to 1995. In 2006, they joined CitiStaffing as a Human Resources Assistant/Follow-up Counselor. In 2009, they joined Weber Shandwick as a Group Manager until 2014. Meredith then joined the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, where they held various roles, including Director of Communications and Marketing from 2014 to 2017, and later served as the Vice President of Marketing Communications until the present.

Meredith Young obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology at Northwestern University from 1990 to 1992.
