Merriam Phahla

Merriam Phahla is a dedicated professional with a solid background in social work and student support services. Currently serving as a Student Success Intern at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, responsibilities include program administration, student follow-ups, and event support. Previous roles encompass user support consulting at the University of Pretoria, where Merriam addressed client inquiries and guided students through university processes. Additional experience includes social work with Gauteng Services for People Living with Disabilities and promotional roles such as a wellness ambassador and career support assistant with Dell Young Leaders. Merriam holds a B.Social Work degree from the University of Pretoria and has completed further training in the Employee Assistance Programme.
