Alexander Dell

Dr. Alexander Dell began serving as a board member when the foundation launched in 1999. He ran a private orthodontic practice in Houston, Texas for more than 30 years and has three children, 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Dr. Dell received his B.S. from City College of New York in 1955; his D.D.S. from Columbia University’s School of Dental & Oral Surgery in 1959; and his M.S. in Orthodontics from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1964. He is a Diplomate of the America Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Dell’s advisory board positions include Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine, Aspen Music Festival and School, Rice University Humanities Research Center, Baker Institute, and the Shepherd School of Music.
