Charley Penney

Charley oversees the facility and is focused on keeping the Austin employees comfortable and safe with an emphasis on the maintenance of the building.

Charley has a unique combination of facility maintenance experience, community outreach, and service. He spent over 15 years in various positions at The Travis County Residential Services Department for troubled youth. After spending some time assisting his family’s electrical contracting business here in Austin, he most recently was the head of facilities at Ultra Electronics ATS. Safety and security of facilities and people have been a primary focus throughout his career.
