Paola Rabago

Paola works with the Dell Scholars Program team to implement and develop successful support strategies to ensure Dell Scholars graduate from college. Prior to her current role at the foundation, Paola worked as a program director for the University of Texas College Advising Corps Program (CAC), a national program focused on increasing college access in underrepresented communities. Paola also served as a senior program coordinator in pre-college academic readiness programs at The University of Texas at Austin. She got her career start working at University of Texas Elementary School by focusing on community outreach. Through her various roles she has gained knowledge and experience in social justice, student retention, achievement gap, and the education pipeline.

Paola received a bachelor’s in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s in higher education from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Paola is also a proud Dell Scholars Program alumni.
