Additionally, they have held executive positions at Norma Group Holding GmbH, where they served as the President (CEO) for EMEA and the President for Mobility & New Energy. Alexander was responsible for leading the company in the joining and connecting industry and achieved significant sales growth during their tenure. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Group Controlling at Norma Group Holding GmbH. Before joining Norma Group, Alexander Olbrich worked at Takata as the Vice President of Controlling for EMEA and European Customers global. Alexander successfully implemented new controlling processes, improved cash flow management, and strengthened business relationships with key customers. Earlier in their career, they worked at LEONI WIRING SYSTEMS as the Director of Financial Controlling for the Business Group VW, where they contributed to the company's turnaround and led successful projects and business acquisitions.

Alexander Olbrich attended Aalen University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Diplom in International Management. In 2016, they pursued a Certified Turnaround Professional program at FH Kufstein Tirol – University of Applied Sciences. The following year, in 2017, they completed an Executive Education program in Excellence in General Management at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
