Kirpal Singh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kirpal started their career as a Conservation Organizer at Sierra Club in 1999 and later worked as a Campaign Coordinator for the Committe to Elect Cathy Woolard in 2001. Kirpal then interned at Bighorn Center for Public Policy in 2003. In 2006, Kirpal served as the GOTV Director & Deputy Field Director for America Votes. Kirpal also worked as a Staff Attorney at Colorado Public Interest Research Group from 2007 to 2008, where they wrote grant proposals and secured funding for various programs. From 2008 to 2010, Kirpal was the Political Director at Information Staffing Services, providing data management and coalition-building services. Kirpal then served as the Director of Legislative Services at Colorado Trial Lawyers Association from 2010 to 2017. In 2010, they also briefly worked as the Director at FieldWorks. Kirpal's recent experience includes working as the Director of Market Development at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP from 2017 to 2018, where they contributed to attorney recruitment and client engagement. Currently, they are the Professional Sports Team Owner at Chattanooga Football Club since 2019, where they facilitated fan ownership.
Kirpal Singh has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Grinnell College from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History / Environmental Studies. In addition to their formal education, Kirpal Singh holds various certifications, including "Building Rapport with Customers," "Inclusive Leadership," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," and "Unconscious Bias," all obtained from LinkedIn in 2022. Kirpal also possesses a Colorado Bar License issued by the State of Colorado in 2005.
