Jane Ann Neiswender

Jane Ann Neiswender is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as VP, Deputy General Counsel at Michaels Stores since January 2023, Neiswender previously held the position of VP, Associate General Counsel for Litigation & Technology at Sabre Corporation from July 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading global litigation and providing strategic legal guidance. Prior to that, Neiswender served as Director, Managing Counsel for Litigation at Burlington Stores, Inc. and as Senior Counsel for Litigation at JCPenney, engaging in complex litigation matters. Neiswender's career also includes roles at Munck Wilson Mandala LLP and Vinson & Elkins, where litigation expertise was further developed. Academically, Neiswender earned an A.B. cum laude from Princeton University and a J.D. cum laude from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
