Victoria Hooks

Victoria Hooks, PHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Stores at Michaels Stores, where employment commenced in January 2019. Prior roles at Michaels include Director of Human Resources for Distribution Centers, Supply Chain, and Artistree Manufacturing, Human Resources Manager, Employee Relations Investigator, and Field HR Generalist. Prior to joining Michaels, Victoria served as an HR Business Partner at Restoration Hardware from November 2014 to November 2018 and worked as a Business Development Representative at Employee Solutions, LP from January 2013 to November 2014. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas between 2009 and 2012.
