Daniel Wake

Daniel Wake is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, human resources, and team management. Currently serving as an ERP Systems Trainer at Micheldever Tyre Services since September 2025, Daniel has previously held several roles at Biffa, including Learning and Development Consultant and Regional Impact Manager. Daniel's career also includes significant positions at IKEA, where responsibilities ranged from People and Culture Generalist to Customer Service Team Manager. Early career experience includes a supervisory role at Costa Coffee as well as a brief stint as a Web Design Consultant. Daniel holds a Level 5 qualification in Learning and Development Consulting from City Skills and a BTEC Level 3 in Business and Management from the University of Derby - Buxton.
