Gwenael le Bihan

Gwenael Le Bihan has extensive experience in manufacturing and project management, primarily at Michelin since February 2010, where the current title is Senior Progress Advisor MMW, focusing on integrating the RLU company into Michelin's manufacturing processes. Prior positions at Michelin include Adviser Progrès Responsabilisation Manufacturing and Chef d'atelier, responsible for substantial teams and production processes. Gwenael has led a significant project valued at 22 million euros at the Roanne site and previously managed a 65-million-euro project to increase production capacity by 30% at the Cholet site. Before returning to Michelin, Gwenael was the Chef de la fabrication at Bouyer le Roux, overseeing all aspects of manufacturing at the site. Educational background includes an Executive Certificate in Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing from Centrale Lyon, completed in 2021.
