Justin Hayes

Justin Hayes is an experienced professional in material and production planning with a focus on optimizing supply chains and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently, serving as a Material and Production Master Planner at Michelin since July 2023, Justin is responsible for innovative tire development and optimizing industrial stocks and costs in a dynamic facility. Previously, Justin worked at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC for a decade, where responsibilities included project leadership in purchasing and supplier network security, ensuring a secure supply chain across the Americas, as well as serving as the operational lead for material control in body and trim commodities. Earlier experience at Schaeffler involved sales operations for INA Linear Technik. Justin holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on management and healthcare from Winthrop University.
