Manuel MONTANA has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the Michelin Group, currently serving as Chief People Officer and Group Executive Committee Member since July 2013, overseeing North America Operations. Previous positions include Executive Vice President, managing key business lines and regional operations in diverse geographic areas, and President & Managing Director for Michelin East-Asia & Oceania, focused on sustainable growth and ethical standards. Prior to Michelin, MONTANA held significant roles at Grupo Ros Casares and ArcelorMittal, showcasing expertise in business development, sales management, and financial control. MONTANA holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and has participated in international MBA exchange programs, enhancing a strong educational foundation in business leadership and governance.
