Manushka Pradeep

Manushka Pradeep is an experienced professional in manufacturing management and engineering, currently serving as a Production Manager at Michelin since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior Process Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Process Engineer at Camso from December 2017 to March 2021, and roles at Dipped Products PLC as Junior Executive and Industrial Trainee from September 2014 to December 2017. Manushka began a career in quality assurance and research and development as a trainee at Loadstar (Private) Limited from March to September 2014. Academic credentials include a Master's degree and a postgraduate diploma in Manufacturing Management from the University of Colombo, a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate in Lean Manufacturing from NIBM, a diploma in Quality Management from Sri Lanka Standard Institutions, and a National Diploma in Technology specializing in Polymer Engineering Technology from the University of Moratuwa. Educational background also includes completion of secondary education at G/Batemulla National College.
