Stéphane Badaire is a Principal Material Designer in Advanced Research at Michelin, where they focus on designing innovative materials for next-generation tires and high-tech non-tire applications. Previously, Stéphane served as a Technical Leader and Project Manager in R&D Materials at Michelin from 2010 to 2021. They completed postdoctoral research at Utrecht University and Cornell University between 2005 and 2010, specializing in metallodielectric colloidal particles and colloidal suspensions of non-spherical particles, respectively. Stéphane earned a PhD in Chemical Physics of Condensed Matter from the Centre de Recherche Paul Pascal, CNRS, and holds a Master's degree from Université de Bordeaux.
