Stephannia Williams

Stephannia Williams is an experienced professional with a background in industrial engineering and management. Currently serving as a Local Personnel Accountant, Transportation Buyer, and Industrial Engineer at Michelin since August 2009, Stephannia is responsible for site metrics related to headcount, productivity, overtime, efficiency, cycle time, and material flow. The expertise includes value stream mapping, machine cycle analysis, 5S, kaizen, and kanban methodologies. Prior to Michelin, Stephannia held the position of Industrial Engineering Manager and Lean Champion at Milliken from 2002 to 2009. Stephannia earned a Master of Science in Textile Sciences and Engineering from North Carolina State University between 2004 and 2006.
