Tom Beesley

Tom Beesley has over two decades of experience in engineering and management roles within the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Data Engineer and Data Systems Administrator at Michelin since August 2012, Tom oversees critical information systems related to production and quality. Previously, as a Process Quality Engineer at Michelin, Tom managed production and quality expectations at the Fort Wayne assembly plant. Earlier roles include Electronic Service Tools Manager at Navistar, where Tom led the development of diagnostic tools for a global dealer network, and positions at MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc., and Ford Motor Company focusing on heavy equipment mechanics and automotive climate control systems. Tom holds a BS in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Technical/Mechanical degree in Auto Diesel Mechanics from Northwestern University.
