Kate Higgins

Kate is an Associate in the Property Team, based in Cheltenham. Kate advises on agricultural and rural property matters, having a wealth of experience in acting for landed estates and high net worth clients across the country and a diverse knowledge base of commercial, residential and agricultural transactions.

Kate joined Michelmores in 2021. Kate qualified as a solicitor in 2016 after completing a training contract with Harrison Clark Rickerbys, prior to which Kate gained a Law Degree at the University of Sussex and then went on to study her LLM LPC at the University of Law, gaining a distinction. Following qualification Kate worked as a solicitor for Loxley for four years dealing with rural and commercial property matters.

Outside of work Kate enjoys the outdoors with her dog and has a passion for vintage fashion.
