Mitchell Albers

Mitchell Albers serves as Legal Counsel for the Michigan Association for Justice since September 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from prior roles including Director of Legislative Affairs at the Michigan Department of Attorney General and Deputy Legal Counsel & Policy Advisor at the Michigan House of Representatives. In these positions, Mitchell provided critical policy advice and led legislative initiatives across multiple committees, including Regulatory Reform and Judiciary. An alumnus of Cooley Law School with a Juris Doctor in International Law and a double Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Bowling Green State University, Mitchell has developed a strong foundation in legal and governmental affairs.
