Christopher Rishko

Christopher Rishko has a diverse work experience in various sectors. Christopher currently works as the Director of Talent Solutions at Michigan Economic Development Corporation since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Great Lakes Bay Michigan Works! from April 2018 until September 2022. Christopher also has experience in the military, serving as a USAF Officer in the US Air Force Reserve from September 2017 to August 2022. Before that, they worked as a Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. from January 2016 to April 2018. Earlier in their career, Christopher held multiple roles in the United States Air Force, including Instructor Mission Crew Commander, Weapons and Tactics Chief, and AWACS Air Crew.

Christopher Rishko obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marine Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania between 1996 and 2000. Christopher then pursued a Master's degree in Conservation Biology from Central Michigan University from 2012 to 2016. In 2014 and 2015, Christopher attended Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Management. Additionally, in May 2017, Christopher obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
