Jennifer Tucker

Jennifer Tucker is an experienced community development professional currently serving as the Community Development Manager at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation since August 2012. In this role, Jennifer leads the Community Assistance Team, which provides resources for economic development in Michigan communities through state and federal grants and tax programs. Previous positions include serving as Brownfield Coordinator at the State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, Assistant Director at the City of Jackson Downtown Development Authority, and roles focused on economic development at various organizations. Jennifer holds a BS in Environmental Conservation and Outdoor Recreation from Northern Michigan University and has completed graduate studies in Urban and Regional Planning at Eastern Michigan University.
