Matt Chasnis

Matt Chasnis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and economic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation since April 2013, Matt acts as a mentor and resource for staff while managing business development incentive programs. Previous positions within MEDC include Business Development Project Manager and Site Selection Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating incentive deployment, managing commercial real estate databases, and leading site selection efforts. Prior to MEDC, Matt worked as a Management Consultant at In The Groove and held roles at Auto-Owners Insurance and Michigan Small Business Development Center. Matt holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Environmental Studies from Alma College.
