William Kratz

William Kratz is an experienced economic development professional with a strong background in fostering capital investment and job creation. Since November 2006, William has served as a Business Development Manager at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. Prior to this role, William held the position of Executive Director at the Mason County Economic Development Corporation from November 1983 to December 2005, where William developed policies and implemented strategies for economic growth. William holds a Master's degree in Urban & Regional Studies with a focus on Economic Development from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 1979 and 1983.
