Patty Jones

Patty Jones has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Patty started their career at Bank of America in 1995, where they held the positions of Midwest Staffing Manager and HR Manager. Patty then moved on to CitiMortgage, Inc. in 2001, where they served as HR Director for Retail Lending. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Manager of Associate Relations at Kanbay, Inc. Patty then joined National City Bank in 2005 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held until 2008. In 2010, they worked at Freedom One Financial Group as the VP of Talent Development and later joined Quicken Loans as the Director of Team Relations, where they stayed until 2013. Most recently, Patty has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Michigan First Credit Union since 2013.

Patty Jones obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree from Columbia College between 1988 and 1991. Patty'sfield of study was Human Resources/Marketing.
