Kamara Sudberry

Kamara Sudberry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in inclusive design and community engagement. Currently serving as the Global Leader of Inclusive Design at Steelcase since November 2021, Sudberry also holds a role as a Certified Basketball Official with the Michigan High School Athletic Association. Previous positions include Engagement Officer at Hope College, where programming focused on supporting underrepresented communities, and Program Specialist at Spectrum Health, contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Sudberry's career also includes roles in community outreach, elections assistance, and operational management at various organizations, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and Political Science from Hope College.
