Michael Lutz

Michael Lutz has worked in the medical field for over 30 years. Michael began their career in 1987 as an Elected Member of the Staff Executive Committee at Sinai Hospital. In 1994, they became the Chief of the Section of Urology and the Chairman of the Credentials Committee at the same hospital. In 1997, they moved to the Detroit Medical Center, where they were the Chief of Urology for the Northwest Region and an Elected Member of the Medical Executive Committee. In 2008, they began working at the Michigan Institute of Urology as a Physician Partner and the Director of MIU Integrated Men's Health Services. In the same year, they became President of the MIU Men's Health Foundation. In 2011, they became an Assistant Clinical Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. In 2014, they joined the American Society for Men's Health as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2015, they became an Editorial Board Member at SOJ Urology and Nephrology. In 2016, they became a Fitness Ambassador at the Michigan Fitness Foundation.

Michael Lutz received their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin U-Med & Science in 1981, having studied Urology. Michael also attended the University of Michigan from 1974 to 1977.
