Jered T. has a wealth of experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Jered began their career in 1995 as an Electro Mechanical Technician in the United States Air Force. Jered then worked at IVS Incorporated from 1998-2005, where they held the position of Technical Team Lead, supervising repair technicians, designing and implementing a test procedure library, and being skilled in board level component diagnosis and repair. In 2005, they moved to Paragon Technologies, Inc. as a Technical Team Lead, supervising and training repair technicians, developing test systems for Programmable Logic Devices (PLC), and programming Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for functional tests of circuit board assemblies. From 2006-2016, Jered T. worked at PSI Repair Services, Inc. as a Project Manager and Project Engineer, leading teams through fast-paced projects, ensuring projects launched on time and met deliverables, reverse engineering obsolete and unsupported circuit cards, and conducting technical documentation reviews. In 2016, they became Service Manager at Abtech, managing the Service department for daily planning of resource management and work priorities, organizing work areas for better efficiency and quality, creating Value Stream and Process Maps, and developing Key Performance Indicators. Finally, from 2019-2021, Jered T. was a Project Manager at Testek Inc. and is currently a Lean Program Manager at Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center.
Jered T. attended the United States Air Force from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a 5-level Electromechanical Journeyman certification. Jered then attended Schoolcraft College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Jered also holds certifications from LinkedIn in Sales Prospecting (obtained in April 2019), ASQ - World Headquarters in Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, and Batavia School of Drafting in Philpot Drafting Certificate.
