Mike Beels

Mike Beels has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Mike began their career in 1996 as a Value Stream Manager at Mark IV Automotive. In 2004, they joined the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center as a Lean Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for providing small and medium-sized manufacturers with operational assessment, process improvement training, consulting services, website, and digital assistance, and market diversification tactics.

Mike Beels obtained their Master of Training and Development from Oakland University between 1997 and 2003. In 2012, they received their Family Business Advisor Level One and Two Certification from the Galliard Group.
