Richard Wolin

MMTC Regional Vice President and Director of Northern Lower Operations at Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center

Richard Wolin has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Richard began their career in 1987 as the Director of Training at Northwestern Michigan College. In 2001, they joined the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center (MMTC) as the Regional Vice President and Director of Northern Lower Operations. At MMTC, Richard was responsible for providing Michigan's small and medium sized manufacturers with operational assessment, process improvement training, consulting services, website and digital assistance, and market diversification tactics. In addition, they served as the Director of the Northern Lower Office.

Richard Wolin began their educational journey in 1980, when they attended Gogebic Community College and received an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Ski Area Management. Richard then moved on to Davenport University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General in 1984. Finally, in 1989, they graduated from Wayne State University with an MBA in Finance and Marketing.
