Justin Winslow is the President & CEO of Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association. Prior to this role, Justin served as the Chief of Staff for Senator John Pappageorge and worked in various positions in the Michigan State Senate. Justin also has experience as a Campaign Manager. Justin holds a M.P.A. in Public Administration and Political Communications from Michigan State University, as well as a B.A. in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy.

The Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association (MRLA) is the recognized leader of Michigan's hospitality industry, providing essential services to its members. The Michigan Restaurant Association was originally founded in 1921 to serve, enhance and nurture the growth and development of Michigan's food service industry. In 2018, the MRA expanded its reach to become the Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association to advance the entire hospitality industry. The restaurant and lodging industries play an integral role in Michigan’s economy, employing nearly 600,000 Michiganders and generating $40 billion in revenue statewide.
