Megan Grant

Megan Grant, DVM, MBA, currently serves as the Area Chief of Staff Veterinarian at Banfield Pet Hospital, where responsibilities include leading multi-unit management across the Michigan market, developing medical teams, meeting business objectives, ensuring quality standards, and engaging future medical leaders. In addition to this role, Megan is also a Michigan State Board of Veterinary Medicine Appointee. Previous experience includes positions as Chief of Staff Veterinarian and Associate Veterinarian at various clinics, including Anderson Mill Animal Clinic and Elgin Family Pet Center. Megan holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, building on a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Sciences from Michigan State University.
