Erica Barker

Erica Barker has over a decade of experience in customer support and instructional roles. Currently serving at MSU Federal Credit Union since June 2014, Erica has a strong background in administrative tasks and client interaction. Prior experience includes an office assistant position at Frischman Appraisal & Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities included clerical duties, research, and marketing strategy development. Erica also held dual roles as a manager and instructor at Protege Academy from January 2006 to January 2011, developing curriculum and overseeing educational operations while actively engaging in student recruitment and public relations events. Beginning their career as an instructor at Douglas J Aveda Institutes & Salons from March 2002 to June 2006, Erica facilitated instruction for large classes and coordinated educational schedules. Erica's educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Eastern Michigan University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Lansing Community College.
