Melanie Foster

Trustee at Michigan State University

Melanie Foster has been a Trustee at Michigan State University since January 1997. Prior to that, they were the owner of Reinhold Landscape from January 1977 to December 1997. During their time at Central Michigan University, they were appointed by Governor John Engler to a 7 year term on the Board of Trustees. Her experience includes co-chairing successful national presidential and provost searches, forming the Facilities Sub-committee to the Board, and chairing the Presidents Comprehensive Review Committee. Melanie is also a member of the College of Health Professions Advisory Council.

Melanie Foster attended Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture. Melanie also attended Flat Rock High School.
